Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LXTREK transportation services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
LXTREK provides executive ground transportation services in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area, including Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Services include pre-scheduled rides with professional, licensed drivers in executive-class vehicles.
All prices are fixed at the time of booking. LXTREK does not apply dynamic surge pricing.
3. Booking and Payment
Reservations must be made in advance through the LXTREK platform. Payment is processed securely via Square. By completing a booking, you authorize LXTREK to charge the total displayed fare to your selected payment method upon completion of the trip.
LXTREK accepts major credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are in US dollars.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed the full trip fare. Specific cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. LXTREK reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for passengers who engage in abusive, threatening, or destructive behavior. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip.
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol in vehicles is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the driver.
6. Limitation of Liability
LXTREK's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim. LXTREK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, meetings, or events.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
