What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the trip fare.

How much luggage can I bring?

The Executive Sedan accommodates up to 3 standard checked bags. The Executive SUV accommodates up to 6 bags. For oversized items, please contact us before booking.

How long will my driver wait for me?

For airport pickups, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at no extra charge. For all other pickups, a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of booking so you can focus on your journey.

Do you accommodate children or car seats?

Yes. Please request a child safety seat when booking and specify the child's age and weight. There is no additional charge for the seat installation.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets in an appropriate carrier are welcome. Please notify us when booking so we can assign a pet-friendly vehicle and driver.
